Dehydration occurs when the body loses too much fluid or not getting enough water. Dehydration symptoms are as follows:

  • Inability to swallow dry food
  • Difficulty talking
  • Dry skin

  • Try to eat fruits that are rich in water like a watermelon.
  • Paste a wet cloth on the body especially on the neck, face, back, chest or abdomen.
  • Reduce the causes of dehydration such as vomiting, diarrhea, or fever.
  • Apply lip balm on your lips dry.
  • Lay the coolers, ice, drinks and healthy with short distance so that the body gets more comfortable conditions.
Contact your doctor if the body is experiencing symptoms such as below:
  • Vomiting, diarrhea or fever that lasts for more than 24 hours
  • Very dark urine color
  • The inability of the body to urinate a lot for more than twelve hours
  • Feeling dizzy or lightheaded when standing up
  • Increased heart rate
